Our refinance with Patrick was a phenomenal experience. I spoke with him in March to see if a refi made sense. We spoke for about an hour talking about our needs and situation, which loan type, etc And I had loads of questions - some that were designed to show whether he would steer us in a direction that was in our best interest.
