Arthur and his team is fantastic. I have been a customer of a major bank, we’ll just call it w f, for decades and have a very strong credit and a business account there as well. That bank dragged me along for months and then finally offered a refinance at a crazy rate that they knew I would never accept. That was after decades of being a loyal customer. Some thanks!! Arthur and his team, which includes the two Jessicas, were to the point and got the job done. No problem. They were great !!

Robert was recommended to us by our Financial Advisor because we were interested in refinancing our current home loan at the new lower rates. Whenever we had a question or concern he always answered the phone, even on weekends...no annoying voicemails or waiting for a call back, and he helped us through all the details. Chris was able to give me a great rate for a Jumbo loan. He was very responsive and was able to answer my calls and texts and emails on time. COVID has introduced many new rules on getting a Jumbo loan and Chris was able to navigate me through these unknowns.

Michael was our lender for our first home in LA and he was wonderful from beginning to the end. He is very responsive, efficient and you can tell easily that he is hard working person.
