Joe and his team are friendly, efficient, professional, and incredibly responsive - often getting back to me at a moment's notice with detailed estimates as we were house shopping. Joe understands and explains the market, interest rates, different loan products very well. The process for applying for the loan is streamlined and straightforward. I would highly recommend them.
