Jerry Link Credit Group is the best Company I have worked with, they’re very accommodating. They are responsible for me getting a new mortgage loan and have always been there for me. I contacted them earlier this month due to some few collections I had on my report, the good news is that those collections are no longer available and my score raise to 780 in less than 7days. Easy process I saved almost $100/mo on my car payment with Rate Genius. The loan process was simple and quick. Very pleased.
Easy to start but the details are shaky I did have my previous loan payed off but I haven't gotten all of the information needed to pay for my new loan. I didn't ever receive my account number in my email or actual mail.
The loan process was easy.. The steps to get the loan were simple and I got a great rate. This is my second time using them.
Great Rate bad communication For the most part these guys did great, got me the lowest rate they could even after they had me locked in. However, as it was my first time refinancing I would have thought they would have explained things a bit more rather than to have me do the communicating and following up on the process.
Fantastic The loan lowered my interest rate and the process was hassle free.
