I just first wanna say Jody was very patient & more than helpful with the entire process of re-financing my vehicle. She did everything professionally, had more than great customer service, always was in touch with me, walked me through with all the steps needed to complete the package, was very kind & open to explaining to me with all the questions I needed answered.
