Easy with Rate Genius The process of refinancing with Rate Genius was easy. Within a few days I was approved. Submitting documents was simple. If you need a notary, you can get it done at UPS where you submit you mail in documents. The Representative I worked with was easily accessible and answered all of my questions. I am very satisfied.
So far so good Very nice customer service. The only thing I can complain about is they could have sent everything that needs to be notarized to me at the same time.
