Needs to be more communication. Although the loan went through, Rategenius team was courteous, there was a lack of communication. The first couple of days there was a lot of communication, then, nothing. Whole process took over a month. Communication pretty much stopped after first couple days. Had to initiate everything after that to get any updates. That should be addressed. There should be at least weekly updates, you would think. Never knew what was happening with anything.
