Excellent The entire process was smooth & easy. Communication was the best they always wanted to stay on the know & verify everything they needed in order to complete the loan.
Ok approved- poor comunication Ok processed and approved in about a week. Communication is poor I had to upload my documents twice and on the day I was approved I also received and email saying I was denied. -Contacting them for clarification took a few days because the loan processors would not call me back.
Easy with very helpful reps.. I'm a little worried about adding more time to my auto loan, but the lower monthly payment and rate will help right now. It's worth it.

easy to apply but long process.. easy to apply but process became long and drawn out. rep and underwriter kept coming back needing more info. could have been because of my past credit though.
