Auto Loan Refinance Creildit Karma recommended Rate Genuis and they were able to lower my APR and saved $70 a month on payments. More of my payment will go to my principal. Easy process and with a federal credit union so feel more secure

Refinancing auto loan The whole process started out pretty well... Until I had questions. Not knowing what I should do, havening never done this before. Trying to get a response from the rep or loan processor was difficult. It delayed the process and took longer than I think it should have just to submit the paper work, which I had to do more than once. Excellent The entire process was smooth & easy. Communication was the best they always wanted to stay on the know & verify everything they needed in order to complete the loan.
Ok approved- poor comunication Ok processed and approved in about a week. Communication is poor I had to upload my documents twice and on the day I was approved I also received and email saying I was denied. -Contacting them for clarification took a few days because the loan processors would not call me back.
Easy with very helpful reps.. I'm a little worried about adding more time to my auto loan, but the lower monthly payment and rate will help right now. It's worth it.
