Service with a smile as usual. I like that Dr Rawlins takes the time to explain the next step in my daughters treatment every time we have an appointment. He and his staff are always patient, polite and friendly. Keep up the awesome work, and thank you for your efforts!
Dr. Rawlins is very patient and kind. I was apprehensive about getting braces. Dr. Rawlins explained the entire process of getting braces in detail. No questions were left unanswered. The entire staff is professional and very friendly. I know that I'm in good hands! Thank you, Dr. Rawlins and Staff! You are the BEST orthodontist in the country.

Have more empathy for your customers. You never know what someone has gone through to get to your office. I had to change my son's appointment the day before due to a death in our family. On the appointment day we were 5 minutes late. When we walked in the door with my screaming 4 week old I was told I should have called and the appointment was cancelled.
