Ray Hicks was up front and completely honest. He has outstanding integrity. He gave sound advice and clear explanations as to the best way to proceed. Including twice “Why you might want to consider this option” it was truly a joy to work with him. He was able to explain the process and always responded in a timely manner.
Ray Hicks was quick, informative, thorough, and genuine. I appreciated his support throughout the process. As a grammarian, I also appreciated his correct grammar! It made him easy to understand and trust. I couldn't have asked for a better lender.
If Ray wasn't available or didn't know the answer (rare case), he knew someone that was available and would know the question. Anyone I spoke to was always able to give a thurough breakdown of where I was in the process or why I needed what I did based on my situation. I did not give all maximum high scores to just speed through this survey. Ray and the team deserve it!
