If you're looking for results, Ray's team at TowneBank mortgage is the way to go. Ray went above and beyond to guarantee we made it through the loan process. A lot of his hard work was done behind the scenes and the lack of communication along the way made the process much more stressful than it needed to be. With the market already being the wild west, the loan process itself pushed us deeper into the wilderness. A few extra messages would've went a long way in adding relief to us as customers.
