There was a lot of communication and encouragement on what type of house to buy and how much we could afford..etc during the preapproval process. However once an offer was accepted there was less communication on what was expected or needed when. I think I expected more communication and education on the process and what was actually happening rather than just here sign these things..etc. Maybe I didn't ask enough questions or something, but I expected more.
