In a time when customer service is far and few. I am truly without the appropriate words to give to Ray. I left one lender who I had to continually look for via text or phone calls to Ray. Ray calls and when he calls he knows his stuff. He analyzed my whole scenario in our first meeting to match me with the right product the first time. Ray was recommended to me by my Realtor and I am very pleased that she did. I had contact with three other mortgage groups and Ray was much more responsive and far more helpful with tips of how to obtain the documents he requested from us. He was open and very upfront when asked a question and responded very quickly indicating to me that he knew the answer before I even asked it which demonstrated his knowledge and experience.

I have been trying for several years to Refi my Mortgage. I owed more than what the value of my home was worth. Ray was a pleasure to work with. As a first time homeowner, the mortgage loan process can be overwhelming, but Ray helped me determine the amount of a loan that I would be comfortable with financially. I would recommend Ray to my best friends. We couldn't have got our house without him. He educated us and linked us to home buying programs (grants, etc.), he was very accessible throughout the process, and he led us to the end quickly and seamlessly. He got us through a few obstacles along the way. 5/5 stars.

My fiancé did more of the communicating with Ray than I did but when I did have questions or needed help with anything he was always very helpful and responded back quickly. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family! He did a fantastic job helping us accomplish this huge step in our lives and we are very grateful for all the hard work and dedication he put in for us. We couldn't thank him enough!
