Dr Cody was positive about fixing my back pain. Three shots and nothing. We had a telemedicine session scheduled. When I set up Zoom i got a call that he wanted to a phone call instead. In all in the matter of minutes he told me he couldn't help me and told me to call a pain specialist. Another con job.
I have been a patient of dr. Cody's for 10 years, both he and his staff are always available and very friendly. I would not trust the care for my family or myself to any other physician.
I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease 17+ years ago. I have been to MANY doctor's offices between Atlanta and Chattanooga. In ALL this time, I have NEVER met another doctor that I liked, respected and felt cared for by than Dr. Rayden Cody. He's very knowledgeable about new treatments and procedures to help me. He's kind, generous and takes his time to explain things and answer any questions or concerns I have. Too many doctors have made me feel like a number that they just don't have time to talk to. Dr. Cody came highly recommended from my physical therapist. I was able to get in for a visit right away! I had provided the office/Dr.Cody with my x-rays, referral and paperwork prior to getting there. From the moment I met him, he made me feel at ease. Dr. Cody and his staff have always been incredibly thorough and supportive in my healthcare. Available when I needed guidance, or physical treatment for my pain. As a chronic pain patient, the relationship I have with my Dr is vital to my existence and my quality of life. I appreciate how they will go the extra step to be sure I understand my treatment options.
