I find him very knowledgeable, cordial, not aggressive with medications, and a proponent for therapy. All good characteristics in my book!

Dr. Kloss really cares about me. I’m not just a number. He wants to know how I am and he means it. I’m so glad I have Dr.Kloss as my pdoc!! He always tells me to call him if I need to between visits. He means it too! I thank him for caring and getting me on meds that help.

This doctor has been a lifeline for me for over a decade. I have had panic issues while on vacations and he has always been there for me. He listens, offers suggestions, and is always reliable. Although I am on medication, he has assisted me with many coping mechanisms.

He is a very forthright doctor. Willing to listen to suggestions and offer good insight to the problem at hand. My favorite thing about him is that he is a patient advocate. He is there looking out for my best interests, as far ,my health is concerned.

I am deeply disappointed with the care my son received during his recent appointment with Dr. Kloss. My son has been in therapy with LifeStance for over six years and is in need of an antidepressant. After doing some research, he specifically requested an SSRI. However, instead of listening to his needs, Dr. Kloss seemed more focused on filling his schedule with appointments.Rather than prescribing a medication, Dr. Kloss wrote down three different antidepressants for my son to research on his own. This lack of support and e... read more

Horrible with medications and does not seem to understand the amount needed for a therapeutic dosage

I have been on Clonopin for many years. I’ve been seeing Dr. Kloss for 2 years. I saw him today and he said he was going to completely stop my Clonopin cold turkey. My anxiety is very high. I just lost my mom two weeks ago and my father is in the hospital for the second time with pneumonia in two weeks. This man has absolutely no empathy. I would not treat my dog this way. My father is a psychiatrist And would never have treated his patients this way either.

Very rude and seems to "under medicate", such as changing medication that has worked with a previous doctor to a much lower dose where it wouldn't even be considered therapeutic. If you have any choice in who you see I would not recommend this "man" to my worst enemy!

Possibly the most insensitive human being I have ever met!! Dr. Kloss over saw my case at Waukesha Memorial Hospital in February of 2019. He was rude, cold, and distant. He acted like speaking with me was an inconvenience!! He would not make eye contact. He was hesitant to make a med change because, in his words, "you have been on too many medications". He was insistent that my depression stemmed from a past trauma. If he bothered to read my chart or even ask me, he would know that I have never experienced any trauma. Avoid ... read more
