I have dealt with David Conforti numerous times through the years with questions for my mother who was the homeowner, and have recently purchased the unit from my mother and David has been very helpful, and accommodating with all our needs. He is quick to reply.

I believe that Condo Associations work for the people that live within the association. Recently I received a Violation final notice. Upon receipt I reviewed the notice and realized that I failed to read the original notice; allowed personnel and family problems and age when the mid-80's door opened. I wrote David Conforti, LCAM and apologies and thank him for the wake up noticed. Emailed Dave Conforti late Sun. night re. repair of outside vent in soffit. Received a response early Mon. morning that he would take care of it. A few days later I received an email that Ron had completed the repair. Over the years Dave has always responded to any email within a few hours. If a neighbor has a question or problem, we always tell them to contact Dave Conforti for an answer. That’s always been our experience.
Contacted David about some dead trees in the park near my home. He kept me in the loop from start to finish. The work was done quickly and getting emails as the project progressed assured me my request was on it's way to being resolved. Was extremely happy with the way this was handled. Kudos to David and RealManage!

Over the past few months David Conforti and his crew have been a great help to me. I broke my ankle during the winter and had some issues that needed attention. There was an issue with the entry buzzer that was fixed very quickly since I couldn't get to the main door to allow deliveries or therapists to get into my unit. Now that I'm in the recovery phase I needed a handrail to get up and down the few steps to my garage. Once again I made a request and the issue was addressed within a few days.
