It was truly pleasure working with Scott & his team, they were very professional and patient with me as I’m always busy with work. I shopped around with several lenders, but the rates were not as competitive as Real Mortgage. Scott and Dan are a great team! Scott has helped me with 2 closings and I cannot say enough about his work ethic, integrity, and his ability to think out of the box. We found Real Mortgage and Dan Ramirez while looking through the internet for refinance options. We have refinanced before but found this experience to exceed all others due to the quick and thorough follow up of Dan and his loan processing team. I first found RealMortgage through the lending tree website. Out of all the possible lenders, Scott was able to give me estimates in a quick turnaround throughout the entire process. Most importantly, he was very communicative and I always received a reply promptly, which is important for a first time home buyer to relieve some stress. Dan also helped out in completing the loan process in a promptly manner as well. The entire process was easier than I thought and quite painless. Thank you for your teamwork.
