Nelly was absolutely wonderful at finding homes that met all of our requirements. She took the time to thoroughly explain a home’s details before we decided to move forward with it. I really loved working with Nelly! She was excellent every step of the way, very great at communication and being able to explain in detail. It was our first time buying and it was so easy every step of the way with her! Even after handing us our keys she made everything so much special! Jasmine and the rest of the Espinoza home selling team were amazing! They were extremely informative and helped walk us through step by step in the process. Then, once we found the house that we loved, they negotiated our deal to get us in with the sellers paying closing costs! They have lenders that they work with, but we decided to use our own, and the communication that the Espinoza team had with our lenders was amazing, they communicated with eachother, so it wasnt left up to us to play the middle man. Reached out to Jasmine Espinoza on a whim and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Buying a home was not in my near future… so I thought. But here I am one month later, a first time home owner!
