Adam may not be as pretty as Becky (or Ali) but I feel he is very sure of himself and that gives me confidence in him and what he is doing. I like trusting him and his skill and judgement. It helps me relax. Altogether it was as close to a pleasant experience as a Drill & Fill can be. Thank you to the whole organization. JMcC
Great Service My recent service was urgent in nature due to an impending vacation. I was able to obtain a same-day appointment and Dr. Kauffman gave me the treatment that was needed. The staff was friendly, professional, and on time.
Like pulling teeth Dr Becky did a great job.
Your patience and professionalism was greatly appreciated! Today I had an appointment for replacing a failed composite (from another local dentist). As you can imagine, I was not happy to begin with to have to replace it only 3 short years later. It was a wisdom tooth and unfortunately the nerve wouldn't get numb. It took 3 needles, a lot of patience and total professionalism. Both Dr.Becky and Taylor were so awesome. They never made me feel bad and were so reassuring throughout. Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist and Dr. Woodward were very welcoming, polite and informative. I did not feel rushed and all questions were answered respectfully. I was pleasantly surprised to learn on the way out that I received a senior citizen discount without asking. My husband is also looking for a dentist in Westerly and I would highly recommend this practice.
High quality service, always very professional and go out of their way to be helpful! I have been coming to this office since 2004, and I have always been very pleased with the quality of the care. Everyone is friendly and very professional. They always listen and never make you feel rushed. They have had to make referrals for some specialized work I needed to have done and the dentists they referred me to were superb as well! I would highly recommend this dental group.
