I was there for my semi-annual cleaning with Cheryl and was registering my insurance card for the first time. Cheryl was waiting for me when I arrived and was, as usual, efficient and informative. There was a minor glitch in using my insurance but I expect a refund from the insurer.
I always fell comfortable, relaxed, and taken care of well.

Words cannot express Dr. Becky and Pat went over and above to help me. Being someone who has a major gag problem, I cannot say enough praise and thanks for their understanding, patience, professionalism, outstanding work, and kindness. I know I'm not the easiest patient due to my gagging, but they exceeded my expectations. Dr. Becky has always been outstanding, but she (as well as Pat) went over and above. Always a pleasure!! It is always a pleasure to receive care at Woodward & Kauffman!! Leslie is a wonderful and experienced hygienist who is gentle, considerate and more than thorough. Dr. Woodward is the best. Considering a dental office visit was always a source of anxiety in the past, and now just a routine visit with friends, is huge.
