Very knowledgeable in her craft. I was impressed with her knowledge of the market and how a buyer should proceed in this market. Also a great help with closing as we had issues with getting repairs done and issues with the title company.

Rebecca was very good throughout the process until we got to the contract stage. I did not do an adequate job of reading the offers carefully, nor did she. We think there were too many late term glitches in the sale. Several small items were missed by both of us that caused headaches at closing. These small details are something an agent cannot afford to miss. Rebecca worked very hard to help me obtain the property of choice. We had looked at several and weighed the pros and cons of them all. I kept coming back to the first one I saw (even though it was a little more than I wanted to spend). Thru her negotiations, she help me get the price down to where I felt comfortable and worked with the owner in meeting my deadlines as I had sold my home and had only a short time to move. I would definitely use Rebecca again as the opportunity arose.
