Communication was always so fast, and everyone was so nice. My only concern was that it took several requests to get anyone on the phone to talk with me through some of my questions. But once I did, that was a great experience, too! Our situation was unique because we didn’t have a real estate agent (private sell), so we had to rely on MOM completely for all of our questions.
