ReCell has excellent customer service and good prices, and I highly recommend them. I bought a new airpod, and it didn't work at first. Apple's support was useless, but upon calling ReCell, a real human answered the phone, knew exactly what the issue was, and gave me the option of a refund or replacement. I chose a replacement, which came in 2 days and worked perfectly. They even refunded my express shipping for the first order.
