This was my first experience in having long term physiotherapy. From the moment I walked in the door the atmosphere and people were friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for more. Carmen was amazing. She listened to my worries. Always gave really helpful advice which encompassed not only changing exercises but also helped with my everyday life. I always felt encouraged and looking forward to the challenge of getting better.

This is the second time I’ve used ReCentre for my postnatal physio. Hannah is brilliant, great at supporting not just postnatal issues but broader issues too and is always friendly and professional. She provides a clear Programme of exercises and happily adapts to ensure they are realistic in the time you have available.
