Groups Caseloads Techs Speakers were all strength. Stay at the center all day. Would be nice to break it up during lunch. They did a great job helping more learn more about addiction and the ways to stay clean. (Coping skills, grounding techniques, ANTs)
Relatively clean. Caring staff. Offer clients a good deal of freedom. Therapists are skilled. Intake procedures could be improved. There needs to be more explanation of the process and more empathy toward the clients experience. This facility is one of the better ones I've seen/had experiences with. Staff are for the most part genuinely caring. Facility is for the most part well kept. Therapists are skilled at identifying underlying issues.
Excellent Staff members, caring and loving. Transportation was a problem. I made the best decision to come to Recovery First, the staff, program and community were very important in my recovery.
awesome techs, cleanliness, roach problems were issues. individual and group therapy
Dedication to groups, as well as daily outing schedules. Medication is a mess 75% of the time. No nurse overnight and on weekends. Limited accessibility to Drs. Limited care for clients, constant pushback when asking the techs to unlock a door, or go out of the way when needed. Please have a nurse or dr scheduled around the clock. In my stay at residential, crucial medications were not ordered, ran out, not given, damaged, etc.
staff is always available and have a positive attitude. most of the staff have 1st hand experience with addiction and knew what i was going through and i felt so were more than understanding seemed like everybody wasnt always on the same page with some information. recovery first saved my life. i enjoyed my treatment and feel it gave me the tools i will need to stay sober and help others to become sober.
Staff dedication was good but should have more knowledge and medication issues. More nurses
had many activities to occupy time, cleaness needs to be improved. cost of treatment
Staff can relate, structure was good. Meds were an issue for me. I learned a lot about aa and NA and how to cope with my feelings and got a ton of support from various staff members when I thought I couldn't go on with the program. I am developing reference points in my life to look back on and know I have the strength to fight through difficult situations.
