We were greeted right away and with a very short wait time, we were escorted to the exam room. I feel that both the nurse and doctor were very thorough. asking questions about our pets' history and making our pets feel comfortable
Dr. Peter Lands took great care of Broccoli (19 year old cat), explained the issue and treatment plan thoroughly and clearly. He was aided by the caring and understanding support staff. Together they made a distressing situation much easier on Broccoli and me. They saw to him straight away and gave me an idea of how long everything would take. I can't thank them enough.

Tonight my dog split her toenail around 7:30 while our regular vet was already closed. We called this vet hospital and told them we were on the way and when we arrived they immediately took her back and had her out within 30 minutes. So seamless. The facility was clean and everyone was so friendly. Highly recommend to anyone for emergency or regular visits. Thank you for helping Bea!!!

Everyone was extremely friendly and both the diagnosis and surgery required to repair his leg was well explained. They also made my dog comfortable since he's not overly excited about ever going to the Vet.
My little girl Sophie , a chi weenie, had a mass on her neck. After ultra sound and biopsy by her local veterinarian, we decided to take her to Red Bank Hillsboro. We were seen by Dr Lindsay Nussbaum. Dr. Nussbaum is a patient, skilled, and kind . She is an orthopedic, specializing in small animals . Dr. Nussbaum preformed surgery a week later. Very friendly people, clean office space and all processes and suggested procedures were clearly explained. Very detailed explanation of possible course of actions.
Outstanding care and clear directions on how to best care for our elderly dog's needs. Time was taken and we were not rushed; truly showed compassion and concern for our pet.
I needed emergency care for our 12 year old pup. The team was professional, responsive and communicative. Dr Kuza took her time explaining our pup's situation with an empathetic heart. We had the unfortunate outcome of our pup crossing the Rainbow bridge. Our family gathered in a bereavement room that was thoughtfully set up. We said goodbye in a beautiful setting as a family and spent endless time together. The hardest part of having a pet is saying goodbye and this team and the location we're human at heart
