We live in California and have property in Westfield that we were trying to manage ourselves. Trying to manage our home from 2,000 miles away was very difficult to say the least. Their tech Randy just left after taking care of the link in my sink. As he was leaving he notices that the front storm-door was not closing properly and took a moment to tighten some screws so that it does not take as long for the door to close. He was very professional, completed the repairs in a timely manner, and told us to contact them if we had an other problems. Thank you very much for sending him out so quickly.

As an owner I could not feel more blessed than to have Red Door looking after my two properties in Indianapolis. Shortly after a move in, we have a pretty major plumbing emergency. Red Door took the bull by horns and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. This really could have been a nightmare but thanks to Red Door Property Management we really didn't have to get involved at all. They took care of everything and made what could have been a very stressful situation a breeze.
