We visited Red Knot for the first time in January while looking for a love seat recliner. After finding one we liked, we decided to shop around. Later we decided that Red Knot had the one! Today we returned to buy a platform bed. Same steps (found it, shopped around, returned)! Red Knot has great prices, quality furniture, and very nice people. Their delivery is excellent and we could not ask to be treated any nicer! I highly recommend Fumika! I’m through shopping around- from now on Red Knot is my only stop.
We’re grateful that the store is open on New Year’s Day! Upon entering the store, Lori greeted us quickly, she was very helpful & personable. She’s patient is answering our questions and found availability, shipping, and warranty info for the pieces we were interested in quickly. Great customer service 😊 now hopefully the sofa we put deposit down on comes in before our baby arrives haha. We highly recommend sweet Lori! Steven Ingledue knew the inventory in the store and took us directly to items that met our criteria. He was very nice and took great care. We made our purchase in a timely manner and very pleased.
All of the sales staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Special kudos to Jeremy, who took exceptional care of us!
We were greeted right away by Van and he asked us what we were looking for. We were in search of a couch and small table to go along with it. He showed us basically half the store until we found the ones we truly loved. He even mailed us a thank you card! The people who delivered our furniture were awesome too. They quickly and easily got the furniture up to us in our apartment. They even delivered ahead of schedule. After they put the furniture together they asked for a signature. It was all very easy.
