So my buying experience was great 8 months ago. Yesterday I went for a scheduled appointment and had a pretty bad experience with the assigned service advisor and ended up not leaving my car. But after a call from Rico the service manager, my problem was quickly resolved. He made sure to handle it personally and met me this morning when I dropped my car off. I have been searching for a Mustang for a minute now, finally happened upon the perfect one at this dealership, but I live six hours away. Put in an inquiry and was quickly contacted by Natalie Chavez. This place was great! Smooth process, no BS high pressure nonsense. We were offered different options and able to decide without being pushed for the most expensive. Got a steal of an APR through Hyundai and the car is exactly what we were looking for, will definitely use them in the future. Great team and great experience, thank you.
