What a nightmare schedule an appointment last Friday they called and cancel it on Thursday. Move me to Monday at 4 PM so my granddaughter could be off work by then today they texted me Monday that I missed my 230 appointment. I called them and ask why that was and they recalled the conversation basically telling me that it’s my fault. I didn’t know what time it was. I went into this clinic thinking they were all alike, only concerned about payment. My mind was changed with the care and concern the doctor showed for my animal as well as for my feelings. I was surprised to say the least. This doctor/clinic will always be my go to for my animals! I can't thank Dr. Hynes enough for the thoughtfulness, concern and compassion shown to me and my fur baby.

First time visit for my 13 year old Maltese with heart issues. Our regular vet closed his office and I was reluctant to take my baby to someone new. Dr. Liz was outstanding. Michael was a loving, caring tech and we were treated with great care and respect. What a wonderful experience for what will now become our regular clinic. Thank you so much for what you do and how you care for your patients and their humans.

I've been going to Red Mountain vet for the past 20 years with 10 pets over the years. I always could get an appointment and felt they were fair with prices. My 15 yr. old cat has been slowing down but over weekend fell off the island and hit his whole body. He wasn't able to use his back legs. By Sunday he just layed in his bed and cried on and off. I was up with him all night holding him. I knew this was the end. He stopped eating and drinking. The most painful thing for all of us he just cried in-between sleeping.... read more

What a great place. So kind and caring dr ludwicke, pardon the spelling, was the best. She was so informative and I know my pup is in good hands. I’ve been looking for a cloning like this one!! Everyone there 5 stars!

Recently added a second cat, lord Jersey to be examined and treated, along with our first, Nittany Nit Noi. The care, compassion and professionalism is what I demand and they constantly meet and exceed in all categories. Highly recommend this facility for your pets.
