I was told my $300 they would fix my Pool Leak if not in Plumbing was not in Plumbing had to argue with the representative he called boss said it was OK he worked on it but the pool is still leaking I spent $300 so far for nothing

Very unprofessional!!!!! Broke my equipment and promised to fix it and never did. Had to replace valves and it cost a lot more than they coming to fix leak. Never got a hold of them to pay me back after promising to do so, and the people working there are very rude.

After waiting over two weeks for an appointment and confirming appointment the day before the technician did not show up!!! When I called to find out where they were they claimed they went to my front gate and we’re not allowed in that the gate —(I checked with the gate and this is not true ) — they then claim they called me and I said no! RecommendedWas losing about a foot of water a day! Called Red Rhino and they were able to fit me in their schedule ASAP. Dru from Jacksonville showed up on time. Dru knew what he was doing. Replaced the hydrostatic valve and leak fixed. Cost less than other companies I called. Will definately use Red Rhino again.

Recommendedfound the leak! Bad elbow in return pipe. repaired it and the pool has not leaked! Nice not to have to put water in every few days.
They left and I had no leaks BUT the pool will not run and the spa will not hold water. They have been unresponsive to my calls.
