Just had Red Rhino come out and inspect my pool for a leak. The company was very professional from the first contact. My technician Brandon was also professional and very informative. He explained everything about the process to find leaks and gave me all the information I needed about what he found and went over all issues of concern. The leak detection technician Alan was very knowledgeable and professional. He first assisted with a small mechanical issue after another pool company failed to show. He then proceeded to meticulously find the leak . Once located he applied a temporary patch until the repair crew could arrive. This allows me to enjoy my pool while waiting for the full repair. Very satisfied.

Great experience with this company after our Pool service advised us we had a leak in the main drain. Red Rhino was recommended by several neighbors. First they sent out a person to check the entire pool for leaks. This young man actually wore scuba gear and went all over the pool under water. He confirmed multiple leaks in main drain and a couple of smaller leaks. An appointment was made for the repair.
