Allan was excellent! He was thorough! He analyzed the leak, provided an explanation of factors causing water loss, corrected them, then followed up the next day to be sure problem was solved.

Red Rhino's rep. put temporary patches on 3 places in my pool that were leaking. He was very professional and friendly. He explained what he had done and what still needed to be done and set up an appointment for the permanent work to be completed. So far, I'm extremely satisfied.

I live on Pine Island, Florida which is so remote most pool leak detectors find excuses not to show. Despite a few week's lead time RR showed precisely as agreed and their guy, Dustin, promptly located 2 leaks, fixed them and quoted prices for permanent repairs. These people and their equipment are the real pros--avoid the rest.
