Justin, the technician who serviced us, was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He explained our issues clearly and the basis for his recommendations. Money well spent for piece of mind. I would recommend Red Rhino in a heartbeat.
Red Rhino's rep. put temporary patches on 3 places in my pool that were leaking. He was very professional and friendly. He explained what he had done and what still needed to be done and set up an appointment for the permanent work to be completed. So far, I'm extremely satisfied.
I live on Pine Island, Florida which is so remote most pool leak detectors find excuses not to show. Despite a few week's lead time RR showed precisely as agreed and their guy, Dustin, promptly located 2 leaks, fixed them and quoted prices for permanent repairs. These people and their equipment are the real pros--avoid the rest.
I didn't think the leak could be found. Red Rhino is amazing. found extremely hard to find leak in the PVC behind the light. patched and no more leaking pool! i highly recommend Red Rhino pool leak detectors and repair. it was costing me so much money filling pool every week, not only water bill, chemicals as well. Thank you Red Rhino!
Mr. Gerber was very diligent with his inspection. He found the leakes patched the ones he could and make arrangements for a repair crew to come and do the peranemt fixes. I have used Red Rhino before and will use them again if it is necessary. Thank for getting the job done and he was at my home when he said he would be. 6 stars

Worked and worked til they found our leak
My pool service said I had a leak and suggested red rhino. Dave from the leak division came out and found a leak around my drain. He was very professional and scheduled my repair asap. Jevon and his coworker whose name I did not get came out on the scheduled day. They contacted me appropriately and were actually early. They got right to work and didn’t stop for 12-13 hours.
