They somehow lost our order ticket we were sitting looking at everyone get their food that came in after us and on top of that they only had 3 servers. They must do better

Been twice. Food is always cold . lots of help and lots of empty tables. Don't get it.

Called my order in and was told 15-20 minutes for the wait. Arrived at the store after that time period. Order was not ready, was told 5 minutes. Waited at the front waiting area almost 30 minutes. Severs kept telling me the back was working on my order. Now I am late back to work.

I would still recommend this location, but Monday must have been the worst breakfast morning there, we waited almost an hour for our food. The waitress work shirt was a mess, dirty, and wet🤦🏾‍♀️ but her service was good. The biggest complaint was how my breakfast looked. It looked like a 2 year old had cooked the potatoes, my Greek omelette which was made with egg whites looked brown, because it was over cooked, dry, and cold. My rye toast was hard to bite. I love Keke’s on most days and have been totally disappointed in our visit today. Server never returned to table after taking the order. We had to flag down people to get a refill on coffee. Food was delivered incomplete and no one came to the table to check on the meal. Never received a refill on iced tea until flagging down yet another person after the meal was eaten. Eggs Benedict is my go to order here and today it was dry, not enough hollandaise. And the eggs were stiff and over poached. My mother asked for butter on t... read more

Literally sat for an hour and a half and watched 2 tables (that sat after we ordered) get their food and eat it before we got ours.. my husband spoke to the manager who then continued about her business for 5 solid minutes before checking on our food.. asked another waitress for ours (after she walked by us a good.... 4 times? Without glancing at us) to come over and let her know “thank you but no thank you. This was the 2nd place where my family and i had to deal with something in our water cup just this morning the 1st place was the i hop on 200 we left there to go to Keke's this is unacceptable I'm sharing this to remind you all to inspect your drinks and food before eating for those of you that can't tell what's wrong with the picture there is a whole see through lid towards the bottom of the cup smh (glad we caught it) be careful where you eat but for me and my family to eat out is now out of the question..

Eileen or whatever her name is don’t need to be working if she gone have a bad attitude because someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed you don’t close till 2:30 why the hell she slammin syrup on a table and snatching from old lady’s ....... people should be able to go out and enjoy there breakfast or LUNCH KEY WORDS lunch, if you’re gonna pick this as your job atleast do your job good and management on duty didn’t seem to care much either but I did i make look young but I’ve been serving for awhile and that was the poo... read more
