I want to recognize David Hays from Poolwerx Redlands. Ever since he installed our new pool pump and heater system 5 years ago, he's been incredible with guidance and support. I was a newbie to pools and David has always gone above and beyond to help me. He is a big part of why Poolwerx is so respected and trusted in the community.

We've used Pool Werx for over 20 years. Here is one reason why: A couple of months ago, we had a leak in our solar pool system, and the actuator that controls the flow to the solar panels wasn’t working. I reached out to Pool Werx to see if they could temporarily shut it off until the solar company could come out. Had never gone there before but needed to exchange a Hayward salt cell on warranty. The staff were efficient, friendly, and I was in and out with the replacement in 10 minutes. While I was waiting more than one staff member came up and asked if I had been helped. Very impressed and I will getting all my pool supplies from them from now on.

I recently purchased a spa from Redlands Pool and Spa, after checking several other sources. Everyone at Redlands was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. They answered all my questions, didn’t try to pressure me into purchasing something I didn’t need or want. I was kept informed throughout the entire process from purchase to delivery and setup. I went in to get my sons pool cleaner diagnosed and repaired. They charge $100 just to look at it. The repair technician left me a message saying that would be applied to to labor. So instead of doing that they charged me $500 more for the the part. So I’m total it came to over $600. This place is a dishonest rip off!!!
