I visited this facility Redstone Village was good. The facility was clean and neat. We liked the room. It was a little bit bigger setup, and it was nicer. I think it was nice. The few staff that I met were nice.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My parents were very well cared for at Redstone and were there for about 20 years. The only reason for a 4 star rating is that Redstone did not refund their buy in for 9 months after my mother's death, we are hoping. Do not plan to see the buy in refund till they sell the apartment in Indepdendant Living for up to a year. I had no idea it would take so long or we would have been much better prepared to handle all moving, funeral and other costs and had much more cash reser... read more

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident I have relatives living at Redstone Village. It is an upscale facility. It has all the amenities that a person would want right there close. They've got exercise and aerobics. They have instructors that come in for that. They just have a full complement. They've got a gym and workout area. They just got all of that onsite. The interaction with the staff was very good and very personable. When I went over there and toured and visited the facility, if I had any questions, I ... read more

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My dad lived at Redstone Village. It was good at first. It was hard for my dad to adjust, but at least their pendants worked, and they responded quickly when somebody asked for assistance. I was not particularly impressed with the staff and the way they handled people, though. The place was nice. There was enough activity to keep my dad busy. My dad likes to do things and he's a social butterfly, so he liked that part of it. He did okay there. However, I'm a little confuse... read more

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother had been to Redstone Village. It's very clean. There was an issue with one of the assistants. Other than that, almost everybody was good. My mother commented that they think that we're supposed to do everything for them. My mother broke a femur bone in her leg and so she was not able to any weight bearing on it at all. It was very clean. It always smelled good when you went in there. My mother was not able to do any of their activities. They provided transportati... read more

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident I went ahead and took my father to Redstone Village. It was the only place available in Huntsville, so that was a big issue. The quality is very good. It's a very good place. It's very clean. Everyone's been very friendly. My father has only been there for a few weeks, but the staff seems nice enough. The place is very clean and very nice, and they've got a lot of amenities. They have a salon. They have an in-house store, like if they need toothpaste or any kind of toiletr... read more

I visited this facility I went to Redstone Village, but they didn't have an opening in the area my father was qualified for. It looked like it would have been a very, very good place for him, but it was way more expensive. They didn't take me to the room because my father wasn't qualified for assisted living there. Because he doesn't manage his own medicine, they wanted him in the skilled nursing. But they didn't have an opening there, so they couldn't show me anything. But going into the front of the assisted living area, i... read more

I visited this facility I toured Redstone Village, which is a very nice community. They have a lot of different areas for living. They have a bunch of different options, and the views were really great from the rooms. I saw multiple sizes for the rooms, and they were all acceptable. The bigger rooms were very nice. Unfortunately, they don't have a gym, a pool, or a salon onsite. It is on the lower end of the cost scale. The rooms and facilities were very nice, even though it's missing some of those amenities. The staff was v... read more

I visited this facility Redstone Village was very, very nice. The only objection I had was its location. It's in a busy part of town. The place was very acceptable. In fact, it was our second choice. The only thing I did not like about it was all of the facilities were not congregated in one location. You had to go distances to eat. You had to go to a distance to get to your mailbox. Everything was away from the center of activity. That was the only complaint we had. The staff was very courteous. They were Johnny on the spot... read more
