Appreciate the Redwood professionalism, thorough work, explanation of options and consideration for me as their patient.
I've had silver fillings in my mouth for 40+ years without a problem. Redwood recommended a composite filling instead of silver. Anything hot or cold caused pain in that tooth for 1 year (I was told that is normal). Then 2 years later, when the composite filling failed, they recommended a crown (very pricey). And remember, I've had silver fillings for 40+ years without a failure. But Redwood won't do silver.
I hate more than a cleaner that's all
It took nearly 2 hours to fill my son's cavitys. He sat in the waitIng room for nearly 30 minutes before being called back. I had an appointment at 4pm, we arrived at 3:51pm and he was waiting til nearly 4:25pm before he was called into the back. We didn't leave your office u til 5:27om. Totally unacceptable. Why even have an appointment. .
I will never come back to your location ever again. In June i was refered to your periodotic Joanne Yihan. She recommended gum surgery as well as having my wisdom teeth removed. I was nervous and scared and she made me feel absolutely terrible for asking my questions. She told me my gum line would forever be damaged and my smile would not be the same after her surgery. My last two visits I have felt like the staff is just trying to sell services and procedures I don't need to make more money for the office.
Donna at the front desk was rude and demeaning during my check in process. My husband changed jobs last year and we are trying to determine who our insurance provider was during the time my family came in for their cleanings late last year. Donna was very accusatory and not friendly at all as she scolded me for not contacting Redwood immediately when he changed his job. Only 1 confirming call is required, not 3. I received a text, a call to my cell, and also a call to my home number, which was totally uncalled for.
They answer the phone saying "who am I speaking to" and when you tell them they are like so what. Why ask in the first place just answer my questions. Their billing is completely screwed up. The bill me for amounts that don't add up and weeks later I get a check with the refund. Some employees are Delta Dental PPo and others are just Delta Dental Premier and it impacts how much you will owe but you don't know until after you get the bill, The entire office should be Delta Dental PPO!!!
