Terrific Dental care Professional but friendly staff, giving expert and caring service. After having Dr. Freeman for about 45 years, I can confidently say he is the best dentist a person can have. After some awful experiences earlier in my life, it was a huge blessing to find someone who was extremely patient and understanding of my intense fear of a dental office. Although I will only see him, I'm sure all the dentists available are of that quality, or they wouldn't be practicing there!!
Puts a person terrified of the dentist totally at ease I really cannot stress enough how terrified I am of the dentist. However, the crew at Livonia Dental is fantastic at putting me totally at ease. I bit down wrong on a fork of all things and it turns out I managed to chip my tooth very slightly. I called them the next day and they were able to fit me in. I had built it up in my head worried at how bad the damage was but they calmed me right down, took care of it and had me out in less than an hour. It was great.
Only The Best As a child growing up I had a couple of bad experiences with dentists. As such, routine dental care was limited at best and, only if it were for a tooth removal or an occasional filling. Going into the Army as a commissioned officer, they required my teeth be fixed... and they did it. On exiting into civilian life we tried a few doctors without much satisfaction. Friendly and professional Kathy is always so friendly and makes coming to the dentist enjoyable. I appreciate her easy going personality. She has a good way of letting you know what you can do better on (ie: flossing) and gives examples from her own life as to how to make time for better home dental care. I didn't get the name of the dentist that did my exam but she was very nice.
