I have been a patient at Livonia Dental Group for nearly 30 years. I always look forward to my check-ups twice a year, and eagerly arrived prior to my appointment by 10 minutes, only to find that the door was locked. Unfortunately, due to my schedule, I am only able to come during an opening that is late, my vacation, or on a Saturday. I have always had a superb hygienist that has done a thorough job. I will not have any business tell me that I must pay for something I don't want done. Failed to perform the procedure I requested saying they could not clean my teeth without performing other procedures that I did not want performed and did not want to pay for them. Since I would not let them perform the procedures that I did not want, they said it was the law that without performing them, they could not clean my teeth. 100% Appointment and treatment was 100% as usual.
Excellent service as always Debbie, my hygienist, was exception! Not only did she clean my teeth the best I have had in recent memory, her information and attentiveness were outstanding. AND because of her, I have been flossing DAILY or twice daily. Proof positive - that you can teach a dog new tricks! Dr. Freeman is ALWAYS on time; exceptional in his skills and attention to details. Still going since 83! Went for a check up and cleaning, had a front tooth that needed a loose filling repaired. I didn't need to make another appointment Dr. Fox repaired it right there. Now, that's service! That's why I've been a customer since 1983!
I have been a patient in this office for over 30 years. That says a lot! The hygienists and drntists are excellent.
