Prior to my two recent appointments, I would have been challenged to define exceptional customer service by a dentist. Not any more! Thank you to the entire Redwood Dental staff and happy holidays!
Appointment was set up quickly, staff and Doctor were friendly, thorough and capable. Procedure went easier than expected and follow-up by Staff and Doctor was timely and helpful.
I feel very confident and safe when I go to Redwood Dental. The Doctor (Hane) is friendly, explains everything and accomplishes when possible the task that he has promised.
My hygienist was very professional & knowledgeable. She kept me comfortable & informed what she was doing at all time. Very pleasant person and great dental practice.
I've been coming here for a month or two now, and so far I can only say good things about this place, the staff, and Dr. Hane The place is clean, the staff is friendly and courteous, and Dr. Hane is very professional.
Dr. Jouja was wonderful with me. I was very scared regarding what needed to be done, but she was very gentle and understanding about my situation. She really wants to help, and that is evident in the way that she cared for me.

As always, the care the Redwood Dental group provides is thorough and meticulous. The staff is friendly and courteous, and they each take the time to answer any and all questions.
Dr. Jouja is an exceptional dentist! She is highly proficient, and displays her caring nature throughout whatever procedure she is performing and is always concerned for her patient's comfort level.
