I went in to Redwood Madison Heights on 12/1/16 for my 6 month check up. Valerie did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. And because I have a strong gag reflex used the machine to do my 5 yr x-rays instead of all bite guards. Valerie answered my questions about how my mouth health was, how was the tarter/plaque & she cleaned my bite guard & retainer as well. I am very happy with my visit.

i don't have any problem with the people who take care of me but I do have a problem with the high rates. I would greatly appreciate having a senior discount regardless of insurance. perhaps the unemployed could also be included. You would get more customers this way and gain in good graces. I am held nback from referring you because of your high prices. thank you.
The Redwood Dental Group is excellent. Their staff is highly organized, professional, and compassionate. They go out of their way to make you comfortable and accommodate any needs you may have. I highly recommend them.
