Caring and Patient I love how they explained everything to my little boy on a 6 year old level and were very caring and patient with him. I would recommend Redwood Dental to anyone looking for a dentist for themselves or their child.
Minimal Pain Staff was very friendly and explained everything in an easy way to understand. Very minimal, if any pain during procedures. All around I have had a great experience, and this is coming from someone who avoided going to the dentist for years.
Compassionate This office has a friendly and compassionate staff from reception to the dentist. Everyone working here seems to enjoy what they do and that shows in the level of service.
Crown Replacement Well, as much as I don't enjoy the process of replacing a crown, everyone did a great job and I am happy with the results. This, also might have been the least painful Novocaine shot I've ever had.
Well Informed Preventive dental care is explained in detail and patient is well informed of each procedure needed. Great staff! Great for adults and children!
Very Attentive Staff Amazing dental office. Every single staff member from the front desk to the back is very attentive, friendly and professional. They make you feel comfortable and at ease.
5 Minute Wait Pleasant staff, less than a 5 minute wait until I was taken back to a room. Dr came in to take a look at my xray and teeth in about 5 minutes as well!
Will Return I was treated very well and will return again for any future dental needs. I highly recommend Redwood Dental to anyone in the Troy area. They were great.
Cavity My cavity was filled in only 15 -20 minutes. The dentist and the entire Redwood Dental staff was so kind and considerate. Awesome job !
