Not The Visit I was Expecting I went in for a cleaning. Specifically asked if everything was covered. I was told yes. X-rays were given. I ask again if it’s covered. They say yes. Yet I get to the counter and owe $80. It should be illegal to pull a stunt like that on patients. I would have never gotten those x-rays. I was bleeding. She stabbed me in my gums. The dental assistant also said I had filled cavities or sealant before and i've never had either. I would like to have another dental assistant when I come back
Dissapointing Experience Again... Don't schedule an early morning appointment, the Dentist's don't seem to know that there are patients waiting. Not happy as this has happened a few times now. I do like the staff.
Don't Fall for the Sales Pitch They are always "selling" something, be it teeth whitening, Invisalign, etc. that is "On Sale". Don't fall for the "Sales Pitch", if you are seriously thinking about investing your money and time into Invisalign, I strongly encourage you to research the product online by reading Blogs to see what others think about the product and get their real life experiences and don't just take what the Dentist said. I recently "fell" victim for their Invisalign scheme "hook, line and sinker". My portion of the money is probably what help cover the renovation costs at the Warren facility. It is my own fault and I own up to it but I will not and have not recommended Invisalign to any of my friends or family. I had braces when I was a teenager and I would rather have braces again than have Invisalign any day of the week.
