My son wanted to change dentists, he was very unhappy with the work he was getting at the dentist we went to for years! I decided to take a chance on Redwood Dental, my son was very apprehensive but went in for his visit today and left a very very happy teenager! Our first experience was perfect. Everything was thoroughly checked, treated and appointments and referrals were made before leaving. I look forward to having Dr. Putz as our new dentist!
Great dental office. First appointment was a month ago for cleaning, and it was wonderful. First impression was the front office staff is very friendly. My hygienist was knowledgeable, and gentle. Third visit for a crown; and it was completely painless. Dr. Fouad was excellent, and his assistance was great as well. I have found my new dentist!!!!
Putz is AMAZING! His girls are absolutely amazing too! I came in for a cleaning, found some issues and we are on the road to getting better. I'm so happy I chose this place. I've already referred them to several people! Within two visits!
So I haven't had my first appointment yet, I go this Thursday, however I am totally not a fan of the dentist and always get nervous and it never seems to go well. But this place, seriously has been amazing the woman at the front desk is so kind and Genuinely helpful. And she actually cares to listen to you and try to help you out. I have spoken to her several times and she is just so Pleasant to talk to and if the front desk over the phone is this kind, I'm sure the doctor will be and hopefully it all goes good. First time patient, and a little nervous of the dentist. They made me feel very safe, and comfortable. Would STRONGLY recommend Redwood Dental to anyone looking for a very good dentist.
