Order a 12x18 Historic Colonial with some personal upgrades in May 2021. Completely understood that the turn around was going to be 4-6 months after being given a install date of early November 2021. Reeds Ferry Office personnel were easy to communicate with and even advised that once our location was leveled and ready for build, to send in a picture to Reeds Ferry and that we would be put on a waiting list in case of any sooner openings.
