After being a patient at this practice for over 30 years, our family has decided to separate from Reedy Creek Family dentistry due to inappropriate billing practices by a front office employee. She admitted charging our insurance before my husband’s procedure was complete, which the procedure changed midway. Our insurance was over billed. We’ve had to the report the practice to governing agencies. To this date, we still are unable to get a statement showing our charges and payments on our account for this year.
