Armando Rodrigues is my Service Advisor. Both my daughter and I have Armando to advise and service our cars. Armando is amazing and always on top of things to insure that our cars and in top shape and never advising work that is unnecessary. Tyler from the sales department was amazing. We showed up with-less than 15 minutes until closing. Tyler heard our issues we were having and immediately attempted to reach out to some of the service department employees he knew. He took the time to reassure us and let us know what time to return the next morning. My family has bought many cars from Regal. When Hugh the Irish Guy retired I met Good News Willie who helped me with a few car problems. This weekend I bought a Rogue from him. He was incredibly helpful with finding the right car for me and giving me a good deal. He even helped me move stuff from my old Altima to the Rogue. Great salesman!
