job was scedualed to unclog sink drain & check for leaks on pipes under sink. he was their around 15min. technician used a plunger to unclog sink, did not check for leaks like asked to do. still have a leak. he also gave a expensive quote to replace s pipe under sink. employees of the company seam to be nice.
I called in and told them I needed my plumbing vents checked. I have low flushing pressure in toilet, gargling sound coming from bathroom sink and bathtub drain. I told them I had already ran a 75ft snake through the drain in the basement, so the problem wasn’t there. They sent two guys, who wasted 2 hours checking the same things I had already checked. Nothing was fixed, and I am out $268.
I was quoted $99 per hour for their work. I was never told they were also sending an assistant that required an additional $70 per hour. I also was not informed that I was responsible for paying for their driving time. Deceptive business practice! I spoke to them and they would not make it right. Beware!
Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out for a well pressure tank leaking.. In the meantime, had a plumbing company come out and fixed it that day.. With my medical condition, I forgot about the appointment. The technician showed up on that day and harassed my wife who was upset that she was going to have a brain tumor removed.. Needless to say, I got a bill for 50 dollars… I explained my situation and they sent me another bill… I ask anyone going to use this company, do you want these people and the consideration they have... read more
Called trying to get information because their site says “We answer our phone 24/7 7 days a week 365 days a year you’ll never speak to an answering machine , we’ll answer all your questions blah blah blah “ so I’m like ok, called got an answering machine off the bat then hit 1 for the emergency line which it’s not an emergency but needed information to try and get this problem solved, but talked to a guy and he seemed uninterested and like I was bothering him , told me to call and leave a message for someone in the office an... read more

Customer service was horrible. The guy who came to my home had no idea of how my HVac unit worked and blamed the weather on his inability to fix the problem. Then sat in my driveway, blocking my car from moving for 20 minutes while he was depositing the check i had to write him for doing NOTHING
If I could rate this a zero I would. For any business, customer services should be a priority. I had a technician come out to my house and check my furnace because it was making a terrible noise. Upon inspection of the furnace the technician quickly diagnosed the problem. The technician stated to me, that he would have to order the part.
